Shipping Details

All shipments are professionally packed in-house by our careful crew. Boxes and packaging are sealed to be odor-free, do not have Terpy branding, and do not indicate what is inside. We use USPS services but reserve the right to use another carrier. Free shipping amount ($99) applies to the cart total after discounts, before tax. Please note we ship to all 50 states in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill, and the purchaser bears all responsibility for compliance with state and local laws. We reserve the right to require additional information before shipping orders. This may include proof of residence and images of government-issued ID.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally outside the United States.

Return and Refund Policy

Terpy does not offer any returns for any reason. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before shipping. Please refrain from sending any products back to us, as the package will be refused and returned to the sender. This policy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, irrespective of any translations made for any purpose.

Before shipping, Terpy offers a 100% refund on all orders. However, after orders have been shipped, Terpy does not provide refunds for any reason. Only in the event of a damaged or faulty product will Terpy consider offering a replacement order at their sole discretion. Returns are not accepted for any reason at all.

Terpy takes a photograph of every order before shipping. If you receive the incorrect product(s) or if the flowers are in poor condition, Terpy will offer a replacement at their sole discretion. They will only consider a replacement after a customer provides sufficient photographic evidence. If Terpy confirms their mistake, they will re-ship a replacement product(s) free of charge.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU SEND PACKAGES BACK TO US; PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO
SENDER.

Packages in transit + Route insurance:

You can enable route at the check out page to insure your package in transit. If any issues arise during the mailing process route will cover your entire order.

You can either make a claim yourself to route directly, or we can make the claim for you and usually reship your order immediately if you choose a reship over a refund

Jars are individually filled just before shipment to keep product as fresh as possible.
